Hi, David

I apologise for such a late response! Too much work has caught me in its whirlwind and I couldn't catch my breath.

I have to tell you that, other than working and studying, I haven't been to too many places since the start of the summer, unfortunately.

BUT! I did go to a couple of conferences -- one took place in Edmonton and the other in Ottawa. I will write a note about it if I find the strength.

The most amazing trip, however, was to Calgary and the Canadian Rockies. I will try to find the strength to write about it first!

How have you been?

Merry Christmas, David!

Hello, Irina!

It is an honour to speak to you!

It is absolutely great that you have found your life in England (as I have found mine in Canada). I sincerely hope the book will be translated to English (and possibly other languages, too), for I am certain international physicists and other readers would be thrilled just as much as I was when reading the book. It is an enormously great piece of historical evidence that needs to be shared with the international community! And I know that I will be the first person to buy the translation!

Please say sincere thanks to Maya for the wonderful works she has accomplished (and I mean all of them, not only the book about Landau). I am actually quite a big fan.

Again, thank you very much for sending me a message!

Best wishes of all,
Nikita

Dear Nikita
Thank you very much for kind words about the book /about Landau/, which was written by my mother Maya Bessarab. Now in Moscow its her new book / with added information/ is for sale.
My mother - who is now 83 - lives with me in England and wants very much her book about Landau to be translated. I will tell her about your nice comments and I am sure she will be very pleased to hear it.
With best wishes, hope to hear from you Irina Redman
